Barnstable County Fair is Cape Cod’s own Fair, a family tradition for 164 years. There are animal shows, 4H demonstrations, horticulture displays, rides and games, live music, arts and crafts, food and commercial vendors with various products for sale.

Would you consider becoming a part of our Fair family and renting a space? Consider this – we are anticipating over 90,000 visitors during the 9 day run of the Fair. Many are local year round residents, some are yearly summer residents and the majority are tourists. Where else can you get exposure like this on Cape Cod for your products and/or services?

The 2008 Fair dates are:

• Friday, July 18th thru Saturday, July 26th, 2008
• Daily hours: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday are 11:00am to 10:00pm
• Monday - Thursday are 4:00pm to 10:00pm
• The admission gates close at 10:00pm and the Midway area is open until 11:30pm daily.

2008-Commercial Space Application

Commercial Non-Food Vendors

Commercial Non-Food vendors will be located inside The Marketplace Building or designated outside areas. The areas have been divided into
10’ x 10’ blocks. These spaces are arranged so that there are convenient walkways.
Pricing for a 10’ x 10’ space will start at $550 and up.

Commercial Food Vendors

Commercial Food Vendors are located throughout the Fairgrounds, and cost will vary according to the space required.
Pricing starts at $800.00 and up.

Additional vendor charges at the Barnstable County Fair include:

• mandatory electricity charge
• tent charge (if applied)
• an insurance charge (if wanting insurance for your business).
  *These charges are based upon current rates given by the electric, tent and insurance companies.
• There is also an additional cleaning deposit of $100.00 required on all contracts. This deposit is used to protect our Fairgrounds. Upon leaving the Fairgrounds on July 26, 2008, if your rented area was not damaged and is cleaned thoroughly, the cleaning deposit will be returned to you in August. However, the cleaning deposit will not be returned if the Fairground has to clean or repair damages caused by your company.
